 Exercise for Seniors - Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays at 9.00 a.m. in the West Fellowship Hall. Most of it is done sitting down.

On-line Self-Care Covenant Group - All of us need to be better at self-care so that our health is better, and our community’s health is improved. Self-Care choices can be anything from diet and exercise to taking more Sabbath time and relaxing. I will be in contact with all participants and any who have sent me emails by the end of October 2007.
